Apple Wedges with Sprinkled Cinnamon
Makes: 3 servings (1 serving: 8 wedges) 73 calories per serving
Ingredients
3 apples of your choice
Ground Cinnamon
Truvia or Stevia (Natural Sugar Substitute)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Peel and core the apples into 8 wedges each.
On a 12x12 pan, place the apple wedges evenly across.
Lightly sprinkle cinnamon and sugar substitute onto each side of the wedges.
Let bake for 25 minutes, then flip each wedge over and let bake another 25 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.

    I can’t wait till we’re done moving. I don’t know the last time my mom bought food but all there is in the fridge is junk. LITERAL junk. I’m not sure I want to eat any of that.

    I’m making her buy more food once we’re all moved in. HEALTHY food because our food options are ridiculous right now

ok so im kinda nervous about posting this as my before pic is horrendous (as they always are)
this is me from april to may, gone from 128 to 122 not a massive loss in pounds but iv lost quite a few inches!
clean eating, no junk and running a few times a week!
hope you guys like them, I’m super motivated right now! day 3 of insanity today!!!!
