Apple Wedges with Sprinkled Cinnamon
Makes: 3 servings (1 serving: 8 wedges) 73 calories per serving
Ingredients
- 3 apples of your choice
- Ground Cinnamon
- Truvia or Stevia (Natural Sugar Substitute)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Peel and core the apples into 8 wedges each.
- On a 12x12 pan, place the apple wedges evenly across.
- Lightly sprinkle cinnamon and sugar substitute onto each side of the wedges.
- Let bake for 25 minutes, then flip each wedge over and let bake another 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.

ok so im kinda nervous about posting this as my before pic is horrendous (as they always are)
this is me from april to may, gone from 128 to 122 not a massive loss in pounds but iv lost quite a few inches!
clean eating, no junk and running a few times a week!
